All exhibitor registrations are full access and inclusive of the exhibit hall, sessions, and meals. No exhibit hall only passes are offered.

Discover a range of discount codes designed to support those in need. These codes are available for individuals attending ancillary events such as ASCIA or CFFLD and have never attended an ASCLD Symposium, local residents of Grand Rapids/Michigan who may not have the budget to attend the conference, and groups of five or more from the same lab or company (excluding exhibiting companies). Registration Policies & Procedures

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to nikki@bibberoevents.com.

Within 24 hours of initial registration: full refund
Through March 15, 2026: full refund, less a $25 administrative processing fee
March 16 - April 16: 50% refund
April 17, 2026 and after: no refunds will be issued

Refunds will only be provided if the cancellation is received by the applicable deadline. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

If you do not attend the conference and have not formally canceled, full payment is required to cover pre-planned food, beverage, and other contracted expenses. If an attendee does not attend the conference, has not formally canceled, and has an outstanding balance, their account will be placed in an unpaid status and they will be ineligible to register for or attend future ASCLD events until the balance is paid in full.

Refunds will only be issued if the entire Symposium is canceled by ASCLD.

Substitutions & Name Changes

Substitutions and name changes are permitted through April 30, 2026.

All substitution or name change requests must be submitted in writing via email to nikki@bibberoevents.com and must be approved by ASCLD. Badge reprints, session access, and workshop or excursion eligibility are subject to availability at the time the request is processed.

No substitutions or name changes will be accepted after April 30, 2026.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full by the following deadlines:

Leadership Academy: no later than February 13, 2026
Symposium: no later than May 15, 2026

Accepted forms of payment are credit card or check only. Wire transfers, purchase orders, and other forms of payment are not accepted. ASCLD will not submit invoices through company-specific payment portals on behalf of attendees.

If a registration is created in error or a duplicate registration is submitted, a $25 administrative processing fee will be applied to cover registration platform expenses incurred by ASCLD.

Attendees who have not paid in full prior to arrival in Grand Rapids will not be permitted to pick up a badge or access conference events until payment has been received.

Registration for Workshops, Excursions, & Special Events

Registration for any special ticketed event or session is first come, first served. Once an activity reaches capacity, no additional registrations will be accepted unless a spot becomes available due to cancellation.

Workshops

Open for registration through April 30, 2026
Onsite workshop registration will not be available. Advanced registration is required due to room set up, food and beverage commitments, speaker preparation, and in some cases required pre-coursework

Excursions

Available for registration through March 31, 2026
Due to contractual and logistical requirements, excursions with low or no enrollment may be canceled at that time
Excursions that remain active may be registered for through April 30, 2026

All workshops and excursions are subject to cancellation by ASCLD. Full refunds will be issued for any workshops or excursions canceled by ASCLD.
