INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES & VISA INFORMATION
ASCLD is pleased to welcome international attendees to the 2026 ASCLD Symposium in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We recognize that some attendees traveling from outside the United States may need to obtain a visa to attend.
Letter of Invitation
If required for your visa application, ASCLD is happy to provide a Letter of Invitation confirming your intent to attend the Symposium.

To request one, simply download this Letter of Invitation, complete the required fields, and print the document to present during your visa appointment.

Please note:
-
The Letter of Invitation is issued solely for the purpose of attending the 2026 ASCLD Symposium
-
Registration, travel, lodging, and all other expenses related to attending the Symposium are the responsibility of the attendee
Visa Requirements
Visa requirements vary by country. International attendees are encouraged to contact their local U.S. Consulate or the Consular Section of their nearest U.S. Embassy as early as possible to determine visa requirements and processing timelines.
ASCLD does not have influence over, nor can it guarantee, the issuance of a visa or other travel documentation.
