By exhibiting at ASCLD, you can talk directly with the forensic leaders who use your products or services, answer their questions, and get valuable feedback about their needs. BOOKING INFORMATION

  • View our booth packages and sponsorship offerings in the Exhibitor Prospectus

  • All booths are reserved, and sponsorships purchased, through our online exhibitor portal

    • Exhibitors that pre-reserved their booth during the 2024 Symposium will be contacted in August 2024 to complete their booth purchase. Booth purchase must be finalized through the online exhibitor portal by August 30 to maintain booth space and discounted rate. Pre-committed exhibitors that have not filled out the online form by this time will lose their space and have to reapply.​

    • Exhibitors that did not pre-reserve their booth or are new will be eligible to purchase booths beginning September 3, 2024 here. 

  • Payment is due in full via check or credit card within 30 days of booth purchase. No ACH or wire transfers are accepted. Payments not received within 30 days will receive late fees, at the rate of 1% for every 30 days past due.​

  • Upon purchase, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. Follow up communications about your booth/sponsorship package and attendee registration will begin in November 2024.

  • Booths may be cancelled for a $25 administrative fee until October 31, 2024. Booths may be canceled for a 50% refund from November 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025.  No refunds are available after February 1, 2025.
