The conference will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center hotel. The event is NOT at the Colorado Convention Center.

Sleeping rooms will be available at the Hyatt Regency, the Grand Hyatt, and the Sheraton. Per diem rate ($215) plus taxes and fees is $248.86 per night.

Important to note:

Attendees will only be permitted to make one hotel reservation. You will not be able to book a hotel room for multiple members of your team and change the names at a later date.

Only Symposium attendees will be permitted to make hotel reservations. Individuals coming for CFFLD, ASCIA, or other affiliate programs that do not stay for the Symposium will not be able to book in the hotel room block.

The hotel room block link will only be available to those that have registered for the conference. You will not be able to reserve a hotel room without registering for the event. You will be able to select which hotel you wish to stay at during the registration process. Process has been updated from 2024 for ease of use!

Approximately three weeks before the conference, your hotel reservation booked through registration will be submitted to the hotel. Please do not contact the hotel or event management team for reservation information before this time.

Standard rooms are available at the government per diem rate of $248.86 (inclusive of taxes and fees) nightly. For individuals and organizations wishing to pay ahead of time, a credit card link will be sent to you in your confirmation email from the hotel. Complete the form to pre-authorize payment. Payment will also be accepted onsite at the hotels. Individuals that no show or late cancel on their reservation will be charged the nightly fee by ASCLD, with the credit card you place on file at the time of registration.
